Busan's Jagalchi Market (자갈치시장 (부산)) is one of the most famous in the country and known as somewhere you can get pretty much anything that once lived in the ocean.

The market is run by the ladies, locally called ajuma (aunty), who come out all year round, even in the cold when we visited last month.
There's no need to bring a chilly bin (esky, cooler, icebox) as you can buy little foam ones at the market itself.

Jagalchi Station (Busan subway line 1), Exit 10.
Turn right onto Jagalchi 3(sam)-gil Street. Walk for 5min, then turn left to arrive at Jagalchi Market.
